Prediction: Google will know all

“Google knows your dark, ugly, dirty truths.  Your transcribed Google Voice messages reveal you argued nonstop on that island vacation as your kids yelled, “I hate you!” in the background.  Your search history shows all your liposuction research, as your Photoshop bills skyrocket.  Several of your eHarmony dates have jumped through glass storefronts to escape your shocking, incongruous looks.  Google also knows where you’ve been – HOME!!! Your Android phone tattles like a four year old bribed with brownies. It reports your every move and it knows you’ve barely moved.”

“Android knows exactly where you are at all times. Gmail confirmations alert Google when you buy fancy new stuff. And your calendar says when you’re on vacation or visiting friends in Cleveland…Google knows your UPS and FedEx tracking numbers….”

AP Exclusive: Google tracks your movements, like it or not, 2018

Computer-science researchers at Princeton confirmed these findings at the AP’s request.

Stop Google From Knowing Every Move You Make 2016

“Go back to the calendar tools at the top of the Timeline page. If you choose a year, it will show you all the location data for that year. If you choose a year and month, it will show you the location data for that year and month. But if you select a specific day, you’ll see something scary. Your full day’s itinerary, including what times you were at each location and the route you took to get there, will be shown in detail. It isn’t just the routes you take in your car, either. I regularly go jogging, and when I look at my location history for one of my jogging days, I can see the exact path I took around the neighborhood. It’s a little creepy.”

Everything Google Knows About You (and How It Knows It)

“According to a recent survey by the consumer research firm Survata, people care more about Google accessing their personal electronic data than they do the NSA, their boss, their parents, or their spouse. Which is unfortunate, given that your parents and boss will probably never see everything you search, e-mail and click — while Google logs that material more or less all the time.”
